Useless!!!!

Phoning now for three days with out any answer, later the phone is just ringing no one comes back saying the lines is still busy in the beginning the lady gives you a www address and email address - email dont get answered! the last mail received : Your item was processed through a facility in JIMC C AIR, PRIORITY MAIL PARCELS, SOUTH AFRICA on February 21, 2020 at 9:10 am. The item is currently in transit to the destination. Tracking Number: HH***US i want to know where is my package coming from USA? But no success i have lost a packagae last year as well. This is rediculous the useless !!!!
