****** Useless Customs Handling Departments

One parcel arrived from overseas in January which I haven’t received - another one arrived in JHB on the 16th February and took 10 days to get to CT where it has been sitting since the 26th. I’ve wasted countless of money on cellphione calls to numbers that remain unanswered or automated which eventually cut out and their email which they never respond to is also less than useless. WHY SHOULD WE HAVE TO PAY HANDLING FEES FOR ITEMS THAT TAKE MONTHS TO BE DELIVERED.
