Useless. Customer service is dead at SAPO.

The level of service at the Winkelspruit branch of SA Post office depends on who you get at the counter, or on the phone. There are some staff there who do their job with diligence and care, and then the one who I dealt with today who are only in it for the paycheck. Today the one woman just hung up on me when I called with a query, and the same woman ignored me at the counter and said she was busy. Busy checking her cellphone, while a queue of customers stood & waited. No wonder customers are leaving SAPO. These people would not be employed in a country like the USA, where customer service matters.
