Useless customer service

I dont understand why customer care service doesnt answer their phones or respond to emails.I really need assistance with getting a south african tracking number for an international parcel.The foreign tracking # LP ********** ********** 5 Im hoping you will respond to this complaint since you are not responding on other platforms ( phone, emails).
