useless couriers

I sent a small package ? containing eye ware that my daughter desperately needs.from Pietermaritzburg to Johannesburg with Thier speed service couriers that transport overnight.and do a door delivery...that was Monday and today is Friday, the glasses ? haven't arrived.their customer services isn't helpful at all...
