USELESS!

USELESS! It's been a month and my parcel is nowhere to be found, no tracking updates, no nothing. I've made numerous queries and called them over 80 times but no one ever answers. I've wasted so much airtime being kept on the waiting line only to eventually be cut off. None of my queries have been answered. You have a much better chance of getting your parcel if you walk to the sender to retrieve it yourself, the post office is an embarrassment.
