USELESS BUNCH

I have had the worst service from you guys that could ever be given. I sent a 9kg box from Durban to New Zealand on the Friday 27/07/18 and it never left durban due to having "Batteries" and liquid in the box. No calls were made by you guys to inform me that the box had been seized by customs and was not sent. After a couple weeks i phoned from NZ only to get no answer on several occasions on several days. My brother went in as i am now in nz and found all this out for me and managed to get my box back and take out the liquid. There were NO batteries in the box. So we have sent if off again on the 14th August and it still has not left South Africa and still no word as to when it will leave. The staff are useless and don't really care for any parcels and are un-helpful. I am very disappointed and would like some sort of response and some light on the situation. This stuff is very is very important and i was meant to have it by now as it normally takes 21 days and i have my boxes. contact me via email if you have any response.
