Useless and unhelpful

I am desperate and out of options now Order [KQS-CLQZB-988] with tracking no LW***DE has been lost in the postal system since October last year. The only person to respond on this query was Florah Letshwene - and only to ask for help tracing.

And they want to handle our orders???
