Useless and rude staff

Went to renew car licenses. Staff extremely rude. Had a letter to collect licences for a family member. Oh NO You have to have the letter stamped by the police.

No notice anywhere stating that even with their original ID

Another customer stood at t he counter filling in 2 forms for 20 minutes instead of going to a desk to fill in. Nothing said

No wonder the post office is on the brink of closing down Buy time they employed decent staff who can talk to customers
