USELESS!!!

Brandhof post office that is now in mimosa mall Bloemfontein.

If I could I wouldn't give any stars! I'm really upset and know I'm not the only one. I was at the post office three weeks ago to go check for mail, the lady who helped me took my p.o.box number and went to the back, stayed away for awhile only to come back and say I don't have any mail. I was there today again with the hopes that my mail will be there but only to hear that because of the renovations they removed the mail and nothing has been sorted they are "waiting" for people to come sort the mail and we have to wait two weeks but I can gaurentee you when I go back in two weeks nothing has happened, so one of the two ladies are lying to me and besides that the service provided by the staff is utterly useless, doesn't look like they want to help or work (everytime I go to the post office). I really hope the person in charge sees this and actually do something about it but again I don't think anything will change or improve.... Really disappointing that we pay and don't even get proper service...
