Useless

A postal item, sent to me from the US through USPS, took 3 days to reach SA. Unfortunately, the sender didn't realize the SA Post Office would take over delivering item to me once landed. It's been almost a month, no communication, nothing. In fact, the item cannot even be located. Best to pay a bit extra and ship DHL to avoid theft and shockingly bad service. Another SOE run into the ground.
