USELESS

I have been begging Capitec and SA Post Bank to help me transfer my existing funds from my Post Bank Account to my new Capitec Account since i lost my post bank card because they never have cards to replace cards that are lost and they are always offline. SA Post Bank is the most useless bank when ever i need there help they dont even bother, they are always offline, they know there is funds in my account that i want taken out and removed. I just cannot handle this anymore. ONE i dont have my post bank card anymore and TWO my new bank is Capitec. I dont get a lunch break.
