Use this service at your peril

According to their website it is PROMISED that EMS international deliveries will take 4-5 days to reach their destination. Twenty days have passed since I sent a parcel. The tracking doesn't work - just says en route. It's almost impossible to speak to anyone and when I do they each tell a different story "it's in Japan", "it's in Europe", and most recently "it's in Johannesburg". Nobody replies to my emails. They just don't care. If you have to post something overseas rather spend the money and use a private courier such as DHL where they do what they say they'll do and you can track it every step of the way. This company doesn't even deserve one star but I don't think you can post a complaint with zero stars.
