Use Postnet or DHL or anybody except SAPO

Just a vent. Would have put it on HelloPeter but SAPO no longer responds there anyway so no point. A Registered, Insured parcel was sent to me from Hong Kong on 17th Dec 2017.It arrived at JNB early morning of 20th Dec 2017 on flight CX749 and was duly handed over to the SAPO International Mail Centre the same day. Ever since have been trying to find out where it is. Emails and phone calls to customercare at SAPO go unanswered. After finally throwing my toys out of the cot for the 2nd time today at local post office I am told the postal container its in, is still sitting UNOPENED at Jhb Airport International post depot for nearly 8 weeks as they are very busy and understaffed. ***? *** I say again! Use DHL or Postnet or anybody but dont use SAPO. Let them sink. So I posted it here for record purposes. Useless F@c@s don't even reply anymore as they have run out of excuses
