Use of Virtual Post office

I renewed my Postal box through Virtual post office website during January 2017. I am currently expecting Unisa study material for exams,only to find the local post office closed my postal box due to "not paid/renewed" it seems the use of virtual post office website is a waste of time as there is no communication between them and the local post office. I missed out on my exams due to their incompetence.
