URGENTLY NEED MY PARCEL DELIVERED TO ME

I have been trying to reach your contact centre for a number of times but no response. My parcel was meant to be delivered in Weltevreden Park post office today however I see that it was scanned in Ladysmith back in KZN. Can the matter be rectified asap so that I can leave with my parcel?
