Urgent insured parcel

My insured parcel, which was sent from Durban, was accepted and received by Duban hubmail on 22/ 08/15, according to my own tracking, The tracking number is: PA***ZA. Today is the 26/08/15 and it is still there. This is unecceptable ! I would like to make double sure where my parcel is at the moment and if it is on its way to me (delivery address)
