Urgent assistance needed re: CJ***US

<p>I've been trying to get hold of the JHB INT Mail Centre for days now. I called all the provided numbers - but there is no answer, as well as sent emails to various provided addresses with no response...</p> <p> </p> <p>I am awaiting delivery of an international parcel from US, which cleared customs 26 August 2016. The parcel was then directed to WITSPOST (HUB), and then to Kempton Park on 9 September 2016. When attempting to collect the parcel at Kempton Park - since it was never delivered to my address – I was informed that it was sent back to the JHB INT Mail Centre for some reason. The tracking system only updated today, and I was still under the impression that it was in transit to my address. I attach the most recent tracking information available for clarity.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am now concerned that the parcel may be sent back to the sender in the US, which I am trying to avoid. I am willing to collect the parcel at the JHB INT Mail Centre myself, but need clarity on whether I am able to do so, and whether the parcel is in fact still there (considering the unreliable tracking information available online).</p> <p> </p> <p>I honestly do not understand why the parcel was sent back to the JHB INT Mail Centre from Kempton Park (where I live), without any notice of collection or personal delivery being done. All I need is assistance in obtaining my parcel before it is returned to the sender.</p>
