Upset and frustrated

I bought something in March from China, it took them 2 weeks to process my order. The parcel arrived in SA and I'm still waiting. I have been trying to get hold of the Post office, giving my tracking number even went as far as calling Capetown to see if parcel can be traced and all is its not on the system, could be at customs. Its almost 3 months now and parcel cant be traced. its a night mare to get to the call centre number, when you finally get someone, you get told, sorry not on the system. I mean really, so it takes 90 days to get a parcel in my country? that is worse service ever. my tracking number is RG ********** 85CN.
