Upset and dissatisfied

I have 11 items that I didn't get from the Post office at Cape town- Grand central. The items I ordered I haven't got any from the items that had Cpt cbd address and but the one's I had strand address I got them all but I ordered them after the ones of Cpt cbd address. I went to there, they told me about a backlog which didn't make sense bscause that was before the corona virus outbreak.
