unsatisfy and angry

I send a parcel on the 3rd of august to polokwane.the parcel has not been delivered to the post office there.we've been struggling tracking the parcel now for nearly 2 weeks.the post office where we send it from said it did arrive but the polokwane post office said NO it didn't.they said it is at dispatch and that was the last we heard.nobody at post service is doing anything to find the parcel and to get it to the customer.tracking nr.PE***ZA.parcel from malelane to polokwane.
