Unsatisfactory service

I registered for R350 on the SASSA website last year then I had problems which led to me not being able to collect these funds on time.I eventually went to collect the money at SA Post Office at Kempton Park on monday(16/08/2021) according to the information on the SASSA website I was suppose to receive R4 200.I get to the Post Office the lady who assisted me tells me I'm not going to get all of that amount but only R2 450 because I came late.I was shocked as an sms I received from SASSA stated that failure to collect the funds by 31/08/2021 I'll forfeit the funds to the state and now this lady was giving me different information and she didn't even give me a receipt which makes me wonder...and left me shocked.
