Unsatisfactory service

I posted a document via speed services at Post office Potchefstroom on the 14th January 2021. The parcel parcel was suppose to urgently get to the University of Pretoria. It has been showing 'in transit since then' nothing changes. This is unacceptable. I need these document to get to the university so that I can register.

I paid for this service to be receiving such an unsatisfactory service.
