Unsatisfactory service

I went to the post office Sunninghill branch a few days ago to collect my parcel. I must say the service there is terrible the personnel who was helping me made me wait for the longest time, only to come back and say he can’t find my parcel I must come back the next day he is tired from going through everything. When I came back next day they couldn’t accept my card payment cause their speed point was dysfunctional. I had to go look for an ATM to withdraw the cash.
