UNRESPONSIVE ON COMMUNICATION

I heard that you can renew your vehicle license threw the post office,

I registered, put the vehicle details in and then I had to pay the quoted amount.

It was rejected because of change of address.

I e-mailed them with the request for a refund because I used another firm to do all the necessary paper work.

They sent an e-mail with a reference number and said they will come back to me as soon as possible, nothing happened.

I was at the post office and the lady just said "sorry I can't help you".

I try to phone there customer services day in and day out but no answer.

No respond on e-mails.

So they own me money and it is not just a couple of hundred rands.

Every where you go you just get poor and more poor service and very rude people.
