Unreliable post office

I bought a Christmas present in hong kong it was mailed on 16th August 2018 in Hong Kong. I went to the Sandton city post office numerous times and tried to track the parcel online. It was a waste of time. The parcel eventually arrived on 16th January 2019. 5 months it took.
