unreliable and unhelpful

<p>I have ordered an item a while back now and I have not yet received it yet so called the SAPO to ask if they can track my parcel (after waiting 10min on the phone) and the lady on the phone seemed more confused than any individual I have ever dealt with and she simply said that there is no way they can track my item on the international tracking number I provided <span style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 13. ********** 424805px; background-color: #ffffff;"> ********** 832073 and the funny thing is that all items ordered before this item has already been fetched by me besides this item and the tracking number does exist from the tracking sites I have used. I'm honestly tired of the lack of progress reports.</span></p>
