Unreliable and ************* Post office and Postbank

Seabe Post Office staff take our club for granted. We have a account at Postbank but we are unable to use óur many to assist when one of our own lost a family member. All along we were able to withdraw money after changing 2 of our signatories . Things changed when we were told that our 2 signatories don't appear on their system but all along they were able to with draw money. We kept going there to get help but nothing happened.on April we went there and they promised that everything will be good at 6weeks but even now nothing. They don't know where is our documents we submitted. We have been using club money we collect to go up and down. We have been borrowing money from others to pay a member when one of family has passed on. We tried to call customer service but we keep waiting for more than 30 minutes. Today Seabe Post office decided to drop our call . Postbank failed us but we will never give up on our hard earned money. You are ************* bank. We are suffering because of you.😭😭😭
