Unreachable Virtual Post Office web site

www.virtualpostoffice.co.za is non-existent on the web and has been for quite some time. How are customers supposed to renew their post box subscription when you don't have/can't access the website to do so considering that many local post office branches have also closed/shut down. Improving the service to at least let the public know that there is a problem with the website on your normal website would help a lot or do you not need that side of the business any longer?
