Unprofessional post office

I received the worst service ever I posted an item on Monday its supposed to take 3-4 days , after a week my parcel did not reach its destination apparently they have logistics problems when I ask how long its going to take no one knows I'm so angry because they were not supposed to let me post my parcel if they knew they have problems.
