Unprofessional customer service at Alberton Post office

Horrible experience! Rude staff at the Alberton Post office. Visited this stuffy place today to renew my postal box. Since the amount payable for this service differs annually, I, unfortunately, have to visit this horrible place annually to determine the correct amount payable. Based on the horrible, unprofessional customer service meted out by the staff at the Alberton post office, disorganized staffing and stuffy office, probably to malfunctioning air-conditioning system, exacerbate the situation.
