Unprofessional Conduct at Rethabile Post Office

The incident in question occurred on September 18th, 2023, at 12:45 PM, and I believe it is imperative that you address this matter promptly and effectively. My encounter with Moepi MK was not only unprofessional but also raised serious concerns about ethical conduct within your organization. During my visit to the post office, I was directed to make a copy of my identity document to renew my vehicle disc. However, upon returning after enduring a lengthy queue, I was shockingly asked to present my original identity document, which I had left at home. This was a severe inconvenience, as I had to drive back home to retrieve it. When I inquired about the reason for this sudden demand, Moepi MK explained that she needed the original document to certify the copy. What bewilders me is why my identity copy was singled out for certification during that time. This blatant inconsistency raises questions about Moepi MK's competence and motives. If it was necessary to have the original document for certification, why was this not communicated to me when I first approached her? It seems evident that I was treated unfairly because I did not participate in the ********* practice of bribery that appears to be commonplace. It is deeply troubling to think that Moepi MK's behavior suggests that bribery is a routine occurrence at this post office.
