Unprofessional

I have been waiting on my parcels since January 2020, I didnt get any communications regarding it, I sent an email to the SA post office complaining, then got an email stating that they are at Centurion post office, I get there today, the 1st lady did not want to help me to check, I asked for them to check, and all they can say is that they do not know where my parcels are..
