Unnecessary delay on parcel delivery.

I have been trying to get information on my international parcel which arrived in the country on the 31st December 2020. I have received no communication from the post office despite numerous efforts made and everytime I physically go to the post office I am told that my package needs to processed. This has gone on for the past 26 days.

When can I expect my parcel for RU8*******5NL. And if I can expedite the process, how??
