UnMannered staff members at southgate post office

Im beyond disappointed at the all stuff members that work at the post office in southgate mall. The stuff members has no business protocols the way they treat customers with utter disrespect. They made 30 and more people stand in the line while they were closing the doors and never not once told people to go home cause they closing, they treat customers like **** from the ground thinking they better. I had the worst experience of my life, the managers doesn't care and they take their time to attend to people. They are a disgrace to human race, the post office at southgate needs to close down
