I received a notice for a parcel collection at Wynberg post office - item no 6599. I went to Wynberg post office on Saturday, 30 June 2018, and the clerk could not find my parcel. He said he had to look through each and every parcel in the store room and so I have to go back when it is found. He took my number down and said he would contact me when he has found it, but so far I have not received any notification.

This parcel has come from overseas and paid a lot of money for it. I contacted Wynberg post office on 02 July 2018 and Abigail answered the phone. At first she asked me to hold while she checked for the parcel and put the phone on the counter. After 20 minutes of waiting, someone picked up the receiver and hung the phone up. I called again and spoke to Abigail again. She noted that the tracking number is written in their book and told me to hold for the manager. I waited 20 minutes once again until someone hung up again.

This is a great inconvenience to me.
