Unhelpful and delayed service

I have been waiting for a month now for my parcel from Australia and I am form Durban. My parcel has reached Johannesburg and has come no further than that. The international mail center cannot be reached and I am being cut off after like 10 minutes every time. CF ********** 36AU is my tracking number. I would appreciate if I could get some feedback and a speedy delivery. Not happy!
