Unhappy with SA Post Office

On the 30th of December I went to the post office to the one in Claremont in Cape Town. Sent an item to be delivered to Springs in Johannesburg. It's now the 8th of December and when I check the item using the track number it's showing it's at witspos hub it was scanned there on the 5th of December and still hasn't gone to it's final destination. So I what to know what is the hold up? As it's past it turn around time. Tracking number is PE ********** 85ZA
