UNHAPPY CUSTOMER - NO FEEDBACK

I have sent out numerous emails querying 2 orders (Subject of the email is QUERY ON PACKAGE), the initial email was sent on 15\01\24 and was told on 18\01\24 that I need to email them again on the 22\01\24 for a follow up on the packages and till now there is no reply\feedback from them

All I need to know when can I expect to have them in my possession and if I need to go to my local post office to release the items or if it will be delivered to my door
