Unhappy Customer

My Parcel arrived at the Post office on the 3rd of December 2019 and when i call them they say it is at the Pretoria Mail center and when i call the Pretoria mail center they say it is at the Rustenburg post office but Rustenburg Post office say they have never received my parcel. I have spent over R100 worth of airtime calling both offices to date i have never received any assistance.

All they do is give me contact numbers of offices that can help within post office but no one has helped me.
