Unhappy client

I am not happy with the customer service at Randfontein Post Office. The service I received today was ubsurd when all I wanted was to track my parcel. I got mixed messages and when I requested to speak to a senior to get clarity, the phone was hung up on me. The staff need to get customer service training and learn telephone etiquette. As a consultant, you don't hang up on a client when they are asking for clarity. This has been happening for years and it needs to stop.
