Unfair treatment from Post Office Church Square Pretoria

Unhappy about the service received at the Church Square Post Office in Pretoria. Today 04/03/2020 I went to the church Square post office to renew my car license disc and both the teller and manager/supervisor did not want to help me because I was having a temporary ID and a Temporary driver's license (both originals from Home Affairs and Traffic Department) , the supervisor said the traffic regulations does not allow me to use those temporary documents to renew my car license disc, and I also showed her proof that the smart card ID has been app**** for but not yet delivered.

My question is

1. Why are we requested to do temporary documents (ID & drivers license) to use in the meantime while we wait for the cards if they themselves (Traffic department) will issue regulations that those documents are not allowed to be used for certain things. 2. What will happen when traffic officers issue me with a traffic fine for driving a car that has an expired license disc due to the fact that the post office refused to issue a license disk because of my temporary ID that I received directly from Home Affairs.

It is so sad that I did not request the *****s to still my wallet that had all my valuables inside but becomes a huge problem if I will be given an unfair treatment with things that are beyond my control.
