Unfair Treatment at All Saints Post Office Ngcobo

Yesterday (08/02/2016), I was at All Saints Post office to fetch my parcel, where I was told that my parcel was still in Mthatha Hub, so I had to come today(09/02/2016). I drove back home then to return in the morning today (09/02/2016). I rushed to All Saints Post office Ngcobo and was served by a person with no tag who treated me with a bad attitude. I gave him a track parcel no so as to trace my parcel but I was surprised to be told that my parcel was in Beacon Bay in East London, bear in mind, on the 08/02/ 2016 I was told that my parcel was in Mthatha then now in East London, then I had no choice but to go back home where I decided to call customer care where I was told that my parcel is at All Saints Post Office. I called the Area Manager in Mthatha who promised to attend to my complaint after 14:00 pm and call me back but he didn't return my call, I decided to go back to All Saints Post Office and told the guy that I needed my parcel because am told that my parcel was there, he took his time to attend me but I was willing to wait because I was the one who wanted the parcel after 20 minutes he came back with my parcel with no explanation.Is this the way post offices operate?
