Unfair custom dues

Received a parcel from UK, witch was a second-hand roadmap book and and one second-hand little dress (3-6months size) for a girl. I had to pay R602.34 to get it from post office!! This was charged for custom dues.... this to me is not fair, this is *****ing!!!! I would like to be refunded my R600!!! I have a tracking number for my parcel ii ********** 13za and also a Manifest number ********** 978
