Unexpected Star at SAPO

I frequently deal with the Post Office and usually it's not the most pleasant task, but I was unexpectedly amazed this morning. Someone at our office misplaced a collection slip for a package that had been sent to the wrong branch. I phoned the call centre and, after 4 minutes on hold, hung up. Next I called the Pinegowrie Post Office directly. A lady named Taki Negondeni answered. She was friendly, helpful and understanding. After giving her our company name and what I hoped was the right tracking number, she offered to call me back. Less than 10 minutes later, she called back to tell me that she had found the parcel and offered to have it delivered to the correct post office branch today! Thank you so much, Taki. I wish the post office would employ more people like you!
