Undelivered parcel : RU***NL

I am experiencing a challenge/ frustration from the SA Post office in delivering my parcel that was sent last year on the 21 June 2018 from Netherlands. The status of this parcel reflects that the parcel was released by customs on the 20 September 2018, up to now I have not received my parcel. Tracking no: RU ********** 88NL. This is frustrating me.
