Undelivered parcel

<p>A parcel has been mailed to me from a business in Port Elizabeth to Pretoria via REGISTERED MAIL on 08-12-2016 and has still not been delivered to Elarduspark Post Office. The kind man working at Postnet Elarduspark has been trying his utmost best to retrieve my parcel for which the tracking number still shows "last scanned 08-12-2016 PE Hub". How is this possible??? No one can help over the phone. Apparently the public is not allowed at the HUB so I cant send anyone to go and fetch the parcel for me. What am I to do to get my parcel???? According to Postnet Headoffice the parcel is actually at the Pretoria HUB but the website has not been updated. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!</p>
