Undelivered Parcel

I have not received my refund for a payment that was made on the 25th of July 2023. I was only told 3 months later after l had made a follow up that they nolonger send parcels to Australia (Wondered how then did they accept and let me pay for a parcel when they knew very well that they stopped sending the parcel). Again l wonder for how long they were going to keep my parcel for if l had not followed up with them. The communication is bad and upto now l have not received my refund. They are probably ****ming people yet they are the ones sending sending **** alert posts on their twitter pages , its crazy. I just need my money , they have no idea how much l had to work to raise that money. I am so disappointed.
