Undelivered parcel

Parcel sent from United Arab emirates on 4th april 15 reached JHB on 24/04/15 , last scanned on 27/4/15 same place. I tried to call them several times no one answers the phone at all. how can I find out what the problem is if they are not communicating. the receiver's number is written on the box
