Undelivered package

I was looking for International parcel Tracking No: RR***PL. This parcel was send to me 6 month ago. I was send 2 emails to Customer Service, but nobody answer to me. Try call few times, but nobody pick up the phone. I have question, that somebody still work in Post Offices ? Why you charge International customers and promises delivery to recipient and don't keep this promises? This is not okay.
